What we offer requires a combination of skills at different levels. It combines business strategy skills and strong business function awareness together with in depth competence in HR and performance management, all combined with a skillset for innovation, communication, change management and know-how of a wide range of business practices, especially quality practices.

It is unlikely that a specialist HR Director or Marketing Director or Innovation specialist or many existing consultants will have the same integration of expertise or experience of using such expertise.

This means we can bring something to the party that few others can! And we can use it flexibly rather than in a proscribed manner.


Some of the management tools we use are unique, or are unique variants to traditional ideas. As examples, we use, where appropriate, tools such as challenge mapping, the enabling process, perception management activities. We also can introduce novel and effective ways to improve management routines and create internal empowerment. 


The approach to management measures is our speciality. We do not just produce measures of success, but measures for success. This difference means we build motivation, clarity and good management practice into measures so that they become useful and sustainable.We now have a good resource of these measures.
