Enstrata is short for "Enabling Strategies", although it could also be short for "Enabling strata" - the strata being the horizontal levels in an organisation.

John Hall developed the company and many of the methods. He has been described as a guru and has been recognised as a national and international speaker. A science graduate of Imperial College with a postgraduate management qualification, he has acknowledged leading edge experience in organisation development and HR, together with high level expertise in quality and innovation.

Since 1997. We initially used the name Sprint Management Ltd, as our methods tend to work quickly. However, as you might be able to imagine, people confused us with a Logistics company.

We are a networking small company. It means John works with individuals in other small companies to achieve what we do. You are unlikely to deal with any more than three people from Enstrata Ltd.

John has worked for (1) a number of multinationals including Tube Investments, Ciba Geigy, Astra Zeneca, Fugro, (2) for a number of smaller companies (3) for public sector organisations such as the UK Hydrographic Office, Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council (4) for membership bodies such as the Institute of Management and British Marine Industries Association  (5) for a variety of other organisations such as Housing Organisations,  the Europe Japan Centre, and for a Patent lawyer practice.

John is a conference speaker e.g. spoke at the Middle East HR Conference in 2005. He has published two books (sorry, but out of print) on "Releasing potential in the right direction" and "Practical Leadership".

John is also a member of the Royal Institution. His technical background and interest allows him to relate well to technical and scientifically based companies.
